- Basmati chaval- 2 Cup (250 Gram)
- Milk- 100 Gram
- Saffron- 8-10 Grains
- Ghee- 50 Gram
- Cinnamon- 1 Inch
- Cloves- 2 Numbers
- Star Anise- 1 Number
- almond- 8-10 Numbers
- Cashew- 10-15 Numbers
- Raisin- 15-20 Numbers
- Onion sliced- 1 Number
- Pineapple- 1/2 Cup
- Pomegranate- 1/2 Cup
- Chaat masala- 1/2 Tea Spoon
- Salt- 1/2 Tea Spoon or As per Your Choice
How to make Kashmiri Pulao:-
- First of all wash the rice and sieve it.
- Then add saffron in a little milk and mix it.
- Now put the cooker on the gas and put some ghee in it.
- Then put cinnamon, long and star anise in it and cook it for a while.
- Then put rice in it and fry it for 1-2 minutes.
- Then put saffron milk in it.
- Then add the remaining milk as well.
- Then also add 1/2 glass of water to it and mix it (to cook the rice well).
- Then apply its whistle and let it start for one whistle and then turn off the gas.
- Till then put a little ghee on the other side and fry almonds and cashews in it till golden bone.
- Then fry the raisins in the same way.
- Then fry the onion in the remaining ghee as well.
- When the onion turns red after frying, take it out and turn off the gas.

- Then add pineapple, pomegranate and roasted dry fruits to it.
